MEET OUR DOCTORS

Dr. Nicole Close

Dr. Close earned her Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University in 2017, and her DVM from Auburn University in 2021. 

Her interest includes dentistry, cytology, and diagnostic imaging, specifically ultrasonography. Dr. Close is originally from Jonesboro, AR but her husband, Corbin, is from Alabama and decided they wanted to call Alabaster home due to their mutual love of the state. Dr. Close and Corbin have four dogs– Bo, Nala, Kodak, and Cooper.

Dr. Brandon McKim

Practice Owner

Dr. McKim earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Montevallo in 2000, followed by his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2005.

Dr. McKim has wide array of experience in medicine and surgery with a special interest and talent in orthopedic surgery. Dr. McKim is a native of Alabaster, Alabama, where he currently resides with his wife, Melissa, daughters Neeley, Madelyn and Nora and their dog, Newton and cats, Krispy and Aubie.

Dr. Hannah Sullivan

Dr. Sullivan earned her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in 2020, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2023.

Her interests include cytology, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Sullivan and her husband, Kyle, were high school sweethearts, originally from Auburn. They are excited to begin their new life together in the Birmingham area! They are proud dog parents to a black lab mix named Bud.
